1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using M3.network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Description

M3.network is a Web3 B2B discovery and reputation platform that connects demand-side users (founders, VCs, operators) with service providers (dev shops, agencies, consultants). We facilitate discovery, reviews, and connections — we do not provide the services listed by providers.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and wallet
  • One account per person or organization
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform

4. Credits System

  • Credits are an in-platform currency with no cash value
  • Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
  • Monthly allocations reset at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • Unused credits do not roll over
  • We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing and allocations

5. Reviews & Content

  • Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience
  • Fake reviews, spam, or manipulation of ratings is prohibited
  • We reserve the right to moderate, flag, or remove content
  • You retain ownership of content you create but grant us a license to display it

6. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Impersonating others or creating fake profiles
  • Gaming the referral or credits system
  • Scraping, automated access, or reverse engineering
  • Harassing or threatening other users
  • Using the platform for illegal purposes

8. Limitation of Liability

M3.network is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of provider listings or reviews. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from connections made through the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.
